The Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin South, John Ntim Fordjour, has provided support to artisans in the constituency by donating 500 sewing machines and hair dryers.
The Deputy Education Minister stated that this community-based intervention aims to facilitate the training and empowerment of artisans.
Joined by the District Chief Executive (DCE), Felicia Amissah, they are actively touring different communities to ensure an equitable distribution of donated items across the constituency.
In a follow-up post on X on Thursday, November 30, he encouraged the beneficiaries to utilize the provided tools effectively for their respective trades.
