The most captivating family oriented kids cookery TV show on Joy Prime, Big Chef, has unveiled contestants for season 3.
The unveiling ceremony, which was held on Sunday at the Joy Prime Studios, saw 12 promising contenders between the ages of 10 and 14 bubbling with a lot of energy.
Their enthusiasm was a clear anticipation of electrifying episodes, full of education and fun.

Interviews with host of the show, Michelle Agyekum, judges for the season Chef Rafiatu Yussif and Chef Kofi Agyekum revealed interesting criteria for selecting the finalists.
“They have been selected based on their confidence, creativity, technical know-how, and eloquence.”
The third edition promises to be captivating and action-packed, as the 12 vibrant contestants say they are all geared up to put their culinary dexterity to the test.

The judges also shared their expectations from the chefs.
“I’m expecting them to be themselves because kids grow and develop. They should try as much as possible to taste their food, give us a nice presentation, and know what they’re doing,” Judge Kofi said.

“I’m more about the plating and the taste,” chipped in Judge Rafiatu.

Join the kitchen buzz beginning on Sunday, March 10, as the young, energetic chefs drive you through the culinary journey and cook their way out to become the next best kid chef in Ghana.
Big Chef season 3 is brought to you by Frytol, Fortune Rice, Indomie, Tasty Tom, Flora Tissue, Kiki Drinks, Makana Market, and Arome 3 Lions. Big Chef: Good meals by kids.
