Ghana's Amputee Football team, Black Challenge, beat Tanzania 4-1 to book a place in the semi-finals of the Amputee African Cup of Nations (AAFCON) in Cairo, Egypt, on Thursday.
The defending champions continue their impressive run of form, having already beaten Gambia, Algeria, and Kenya en route to the quarter-finals.
Braces from Yussif Yahaya and Hamza Mohammed sealed the win for the two-time champions.

Ghana will face Algeria in the semi-final on Saturday, May 25, 2024, as they seek to defend the title with back-to-back wins.
