The Chief Executive Officer of the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC), Dr. Kwame Anim-Boamah has commended the Inspector-General of Police Dr. George Akuffo Dampare and the Police Administration for the new image of the Ghana Police Service.
The UGMC CEO made the statement when he and other senior officials of the hospital paid a courtesy call to the IGP at the National Police Headquarters in Accra today, 6th August 2024.
During the visit, the UGMC delegation and the Police leadership discussed possible areas of cooperation between their two institutions as well as the expansion of policing services within the hospital environment
The CEO of the UGMC in his remarks commended the IGP and his team for all they do for this country.
He highlighted the significant changes the Police Service has experienced under his administration and urged the IGP and his team to keep up the good work.
