Residents of Anloga in the Volta region have petitioned the police to investigate the brutal killing of Dorcas Korkor Tetteh, a local eatery owner, who was found dead in her home on December 28, 2024.
The petition, signed by concerned citizens, is a call for a thorough and impartial investigation into the circumstances surrounding her untimely death.

Madam Dorcas, also known as "The Base of Anloga Kportorgbe," was well-regarded in the community for her kindness and generosity.
Her shocking death has left the people of Anloga in grief, especially her family, friends, and loyal customers.
On the morning of December 28, 2024, her lifeless body was discovered in her bedroom, attached to her eatery.
Early reports suggest that she was strangled, and witnesses have stated that one of her windows was forced open, suggesting a possible break-in or attack by someone who had gained access to her home.

In their petition, the residents demanded a thorough and impartial investigation into her death and the swift apprehension of those responsible.
"The perpetrators of this heinous crime be apprehended and brought to justice," the petition read.
