Ghana midfielder Majeed Ashimeru featured briefly for Anderlecht in their victory over Standard de Liège in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.
The 27-year-old marked his return from injury with a cameo in the final four minutes of the match.
Ashimeru had been sidelined since November 2024 with a muscle injury, limiting his appearances to 10.
However, he made his 11th appearance to help Anderlecht maintain their advantage after Thorgan Hazard and Nilson Angulo had scored to put them in the ascendancy.
The former WAFA star will hope for a run of games to put himself in contention for the next Black Stars call-up by head coach Otto Addo.
Ghana face Chad on March 21, 2025, before locking horns with Madagascar three days later in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
