Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani says he’s pleased with his side’s growing confidence in front of goal but isn’t getting carried away just yet in the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians, who had scored two goals in five matches, found the back of the net twice against Berekum Chelsea in week six to pick up all three points at the Golden City Park.
Hamza Issah reacted quickest to give the visitors a deserved lead around the hour mark before Mawuli Wayo put the result beyond doubt in injury time.
"Every game is very tough because all the teams are in the Premiership and every team tries to consolidate what they have," Didi said during the post-match.
"I think there is still more to improve. We have to remain consistent and sustainable.
"We still have a lot to improve as individual players and also as a team, but I think we are on the right path.”
Didi's side sit second on the league log with 12 points, one behind leaders Medeama SC.
Hearts will return to Accra to face Bibiani GoldStars, while Chelsea have an outstanding midweek fixture against the same opponent before visiting Young Apostles.
