One person has been confirmed dead and three others injured following a road traffic accident at Owura Twum, off the Kibi–Suhum Road, in the Eastern Region.
The accident occurred on Monday, January 12, 2026, and involved an Opel Vectra saloon car with registration number GT 8521-N.
Eyewitnesses at the scene said the accident was caused by a rear tyre burst, which caused the vehicle to somersault and land upside down in nearby bushes.
