Ghana Premier League side Aduana Football Club has appointed Emmanuel Agyemang Badu as their International Relations Manager.
The former Ghana international joins the club's management, commencing work immediately as the Pathway and External Relations Officer.
Agyemang Badu's role will include creating an enabling system that helps elevate players at the club, while also using his influence to build connections for the Premier League side.
The confirmation of his appointment was made during the team's training session on Wednesday, January 28.
He thanked the owner of the club, Nana Agyemang Badu II, and shared his vision with other management members, the technical team and players of Aduana.
"First, I thank Nana Agyemang Badu II, the management, CEO Atta Poku and the technical team. I was able to monitor your last game. I am here to help the club succeed. What I know about football is when someone invest in the game, they have to benefit from it," he said.
"It is not always that CEO Atta Poku will go to Nana for support, we have to be able to deliver quality, and that quality could sell itself."
"I have to create links out there. Although I have links out there, we need to create new ones as well. We need to sell the name Aduana."
Aduana will be hoping the addition of Agyemang Badu will help steer the club in the right direction.
