Hasaacas Ladies have themselves in a tricky position ahead of their participation in the 2024 WAFU B CAF Women's Champions League Qualifiers according to the club's brand manager, Ohene-Bampoe Brenya.
The Hasmal Ladies are hoping for a return to the continental stage after their maiden appearance in the debut season of the CAF Champions League.
However, they need to first triumph at the qualifiers to be staged in Abidjan next month.
Ahead of the championship, the Sekondi-based side are in a tight corner as they have six of their players with the national team while the head coach is also leading the Black Princesses who are also preparing for the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.
"We have close to six players with the Princesses who are also preparing for the World Cup. We are heavily hit and we are in contact with the FA constantly to find a way around it," Brenya told Joy Sports.
"Their competition also starts in and around the same time we will be playing our competition. In as much as we want Hasaacas to do well, we want the national team to do well."
He added that the decision to allow all of their assets to join the national will be left to the technical team.
"If in the wisdom of the technical team, all six players deserve a place in the team we can't stop them because we believe the national team far supersedes our individual interests," he continued.
"We will leave that to the technical team. Unfortunately for us again, the head coach of the Princesses is also our head coach so we are in a difficult place."
The Champions League qualifiers is scheduled for August 10 to 23 while the U-20 Women's World Cup will be played between August 31 and September 22.
