Former President John Mahama who lost last year's presidential election is at the Supreme Court seeking to set aside the presidential results that went in favour of the NPP’s Nana Akufo-Addo.
During the second hearing of the case yesterday, the Supreme Court dismissed a motion by the former President seeking permission to elicit answers to some 12 interrogatories from the Electoral Commission.
The Supreme Court had held the view that his lawyer, Tsatsu Tsikata was relying on the CI 47 while the current rule in force relating to the apex court is the CI 99.
