Former President John Dramani Mahama has marked his 62nd birthday Sunday, November 29.
The former President celebrated the day in the company of family and friends at the Tamale Teaching Hospital.
As part of messages trooping in to celebrate the NDC Presidential Candidate, wife, and former First Lady of the Republic, Lordina Mahama took to her Facebook page to express her deepest love for her husband.

In the post, Mrs. Mahama described John Dramani Mahama as a supportive husband who has always been there for his family.
“You’ve been my inspiration, my strength and my soul mate. You are always there when I need you,” she said.
“Having you by my side has meant the world to me. Truly, if I am asked the secret to a happy marriage, I would be tempted to say “finding a husband like you,” she added.
You’ve been my inspiration, my strength and my soul mate. You are always there when I need you. Having you by my side…

She further took the opportunity to wish Mr. Mahama well on behalf of his children.
“You make life better for all whose lives you touch. On this special day, I pray for good health, long life and for God to give you many more reasons to continue to smile.
“May God open the eyes of all to see the purity in your heart and the selfless, committed man you are to family, friends and our dear country. Happy 62nd birthday and God bless you my dear husband- my perfect gift from God.

“More Love, hugs, and kisses from me and the children. Always read and remember Psalm 121: 1-8. Love always, Lordina,” she said.
The message came along with some lovely photos of the couple.
