Technical Director of Medeama S.C, Evans Adotey will assume temporary charge of the first team, following the exit of Nebojsa Kapor.
On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, Medeama announced the exit of Bosnian trainer Nebojsa Kapor following the expiration of his one-year contract.
Tuesday's announcement was made after both parties failed to reach an agreement to extend the contract beyond its December deadline.
Adotey will now return to first team coaching duties, having led the team to Premier League success in the 2022/23 season.
This is the sixth time Adotey has been named as interim head coach of the team.
On three occasions out of the five, he led the club to silverware; FA Cup in 2013 and 2015 and the Ghana Premier League in 2022/23 season.
Medeama will face Karela United at the newly constructed T & Stadium in Tarkwa on Saturday.
