What happens when a school is designed not as a collection of departments, but as a living system where every component supports the next? That question shaped the virtual discussion with the renowned Nigerian Educator, Bolanle Akin-Taiwo, whose education model proposes exactly that transformation.
As the founder of the leading institution, The Elect Crèche group of schools in Nigeria, Akin-Taiwo has gone above and beyond to amplify the need for a revolution in the existing education system in the 21st century. Her invention outlines an operational structure in which inclusion, health-conscious learning practices, STEM exposure, educator development, and industry engagement are interconnected rather than sequential. Instead of treating special education, academic rigour, and career readiness as separate initiatives, sheorganisess them within a synchronised framework.

She therefore calls for collaboration with political leaders, institutions, entrepreneurs, and advocates of inclusive education to advance this initiative and make the world a better place.
