The Ghana Police Service has arrested 25 people in connection with an attack on police officers at Kwahu Bepong in the Eastern Region.
In a Facebook post, the Service noted that the preparators also destroyed some properties during the incident.
According to the police, a reinforcement team working with the local police have restored calm and normalise things.
Meanwhile, the police say efforts are ongoing to get the other suspects arrested to face justice.
The service further pledged to release full details of the incident in due course.
