In an interview with Adom News, the Public Relations Officer of the Group, Eric Dawda said, the mining company on numerous occasion has discriminated against the indigenes by not employing them.
For him, it takes a miracle for a community member to be a staff of the mining company which was established about 15 years ago.
Mr Dawda further went on to accuse the Human Resource Manager of the company, Thomas Nyarko-Danquah of being the brain behind the act.
He observed that the act by the Human Resource Manager has affected the gains of the people in the community.
Presenting their petition to the company, Mr. Dawda asked for their concerns to be addressed so as to ensure that qualified indigenes hold certain positions in the company or get to be employed.
