Asante Kotoko will have to pay $200,000 if they want to sign midfielder Justice Blay on a permanent deal from Medeama.
According to Ghanasoccernet.com, Medeama have decided to sell the midfielder but would not let him go for any amount less than the said amount.
Blay returned to Medeama last month after a successful 12 months loan at the Porcupine Warriors.
He was brought to assist the club in their African journey and after impressing, they decided to keep for the start of the 2019/2020 season, which has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 28-year-old emerged as Kotoko’s best player in the league, bagging five man of the match awards with one coming against Hearts of Oak.
Fans are desperate for management to bring him back to the club as they venture into the CAF Champions League next season.
