Ghana Premier League side, Legon Cities has signed a sponsorship deal with betting brand 1xBet.

The club announced earlier this month that they have reached an agreement with the fast-growing betting brand, which runs from now until 2023.

A part of the deal read: “The start of the cooperation with Legon Cities FC is a landmark event for 1xBet, as this is our first sponsorship agreement with a soccer club from Africa.”

Together with the World-famous betting brand, we will achieve new heights both on and off the field.

There will be a lot of activities that will be coming up which include promotions, contests, advertisements and more.

With this agreement also, 1xBet becomes the club's title sponsor for the next year ahead.

With this deal, 1xBet is looking to extend its operation on the African continent.
