German sportswear brand, Puma, has released the new Ghana home kits for 2022/23.
The new kits bring bold, modern takes on retro vibes as well as football nostalgia. The new jerseys put a fresh spin on all things classic. Classic teams, classic matches, classic jerseys.
The new jerseys arrive in two iterations. The authentic jersey features ULTRAWEAVE performance fabric and dryCELL sweat-wicking technology, making the jersey the lightest and most comfortable PUMA has ever made.
When the game is on the line, they are engineered to make every second count. The replica jersey is made with 100% recycled polyester with dryCELL sweat-wicking technology to keep you dry and comfortable throughout the 90 minutes and beyond – no matter the time, pitch or place.
All lined up in horizontal order, the puma logo comes with the text on the right side of the chest, with bold Black Stars at the centre and the logo of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) occupying the left.
The new Ghana jersey is inspired by iconic moments from national team history - including the 3-2 victory over Italy at Atalanta 1996 Olympic Games.
The new jersey is also expected to be worn at the 2022 FIFA World Cup to be staged in Qatar.
