Motherhood is an amazing journey. From the pain of childbirth to the joy of holding your little one for the first time.
Being a mother is a rollercoaster ride of emotions.
The changes in the body, the pain from delivery, and even the scars from a C-section can leave many mothers feeling overwhelmed and depressed.
That's why, as part of this year’s Mother's Day celebration, Joy Prime is enthused to host a special discussion on how to care for and support new mothers.
Experts will share insights concerning the topic "Post Natal Depression" among mothers.
The conversation will involve everything from prenatal care to postpartum check-ups, emotional support, and mental health services.
Speakers are Dr. Esinu Agbeli, a psychiatrist, and Felicia Edem Attipoe, a social activist. The discussion will also be mixed with performances from gospel musicians, Siisi Baidoo, Kofi Peprah, and Efe Grace.
Join the host, Roselyn Felli, and her panel on Sunday, May 14 at 5:00 p.m. as we honour and celebrate the incredible mothers in our lives and provide them with the care and support they need.
Happy Mother's Day from Joy Prime.
