Ghana forward, Jordan Ayew, scored a stunning half-volley for Crystal Palace in their 2-1 defeat to Tottenham on Friday in the Premier League.
The stoppage-time strike to pull one back for the Eagles at the Selhurst Park is the 32-year-old’s first goal of the season.
The goal briefly gave Crystal Palace hopes of a comeback but Spurs held on to claim a hard-fought win.
Tottenham took the lead in the 53rd minute after Joel Ward crushed the ball into his own net following a cross from James Maddison.
Heung-min Son doubled the lead for Ange Postecoglou’s side six minutes after the hour mark when he finished from the middle of the box.
Four minutes into added time, Jordan Ayew took the ball down with his chest before volleying it into the right side of the net when it came off the ground.
Overall this season, Jordan has one goal from 12 games, with three assists.
