The New Patriotic Party (NPP) on November 4, 2023 outdoored its newly elected presidential candidate for the upcoming 2024 election.
Vice President Dr Mahamadu Bawumia, who emerged victorious in the NPP primaries led with 61.43%, and he is expected to lead the party in its quest to 'break the 8' and retain power in the 2024 general election.
The programme was held at the Ohene Gyan’s Sports Stadium which was graced by the leadership of the party as well as delegates.
