This year’s festival marks the 60th anniversary of the Fetu Afahye and coincides with the 25th anniversary of the installation of the Paramount Chief of the Oguaa Traditional Area.

The atmosphere in the historic city was charged with excitement as people from all walks of life, dressed in bright orange attire, filled the streets to partake in the festivities.
The Fetu Afahye is a cultural celebration by the people of Oguaa (Cape Coast), drawing both locals and visitors from across the country and beyond.
