Reigning Ghana Premier League champions, Samartex, have been busy with their quest to play in the group stage of the CAF Champions League, putting their league games on hold.
However, following their exit from the continental competition at the hands of Raja Casablanca, attention now comes to defending their league title.
Samartex host Vision FC on their return to league action at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena on Sunday, September 29.
Vision have largely impressed since their debut in Ghana's top flight as they sit fourth on the league table after three games played.
Nana Agyemang's side have picked up one win and two draws in their opening three games of the season. They have faced Berekum Chelsea, Accra Lions and Legon Cities in that period.
Samartex's only league action this season was against Dreams FC on the opening weekend.
This will be the first-ever meeting in the Premier League between these two teams with Vision only playing in the competition for the first time this campaign.
While Vision will look to maintain their unbeaten start to the new environment, they will be wary of the threat Samrtex possess, promising a good game in Samreboi.
Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 pm at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
