Berekum Chelsea welcome a struggling Legon Cities to the Golden City Park on Sunday, October 20, 2024.
The Blues head into this game with an impressive start to the season, sitting fifth on the table with 10 points.
After their 1-1 draw against Accra Lions last week, the Berekum based side will be hoping to secure all three points against an underperforming Legon Cities team.
A victory for Chelsea on Sunday would take them to 14 points and further boost their Premier League ambitions.
Meanwhile, a struggling Legon Cities side, who are currently bottom of the league table with just one point, come into this match on the back of a 3-1 defeat to Nsoatreman last weekend.
The Royals will aim to pull off a surprise win to kick-start their season.
Despite their poor form, Legon Cities head to the Golden City Park with a decent record against Berekum Chelsea, and Paa Kwesi Fabin’s team will be looking to build on that history.
The Royals have won seven of the 20 matches they've played against Berekum Chelsea since.
However, another defeat could put coach Paa Kwesi Fabin’s job at serious risk.
