Dreams F.C. coach Karim Zito has expressed confidence his team is motivated for their match against Asante Kotoko in matchday 14 of the Ghana Premier League.
The 2024 F.A. Cup winners will host Kotoko on the artificial pitch at Tuba, on Saturday, December 21.
Speaking to the media ahead of the game, a positive-sounding Zito said ''psychologically, when you're going to play against a bigger club, the players motivate themselves without me telling them," he said.
"Just like Kotoko playing against Hearts of Oak, the players motivate themselves because it's a game that will make you popular or unpopular."
Lasts season, Zito's men completed the double over the Porcupine Warriors, winning both home and away games without conceding a goal.
In their last four league games, Kotoko has not won against Dreams FC, and Zito hopes this fine form will continue.
Dreams have endured a frustrating start to the season, having amassed just twelve points; one fewer than matches played.
The ''Still Believe'' lads are second from bottom, and have only won two matches all season.
