Bechem United playmaker Kofi Tompuo has taken a thinly veiled dig at Hearts of Oak, for their game plan in last Wednesday's league encounter.
Tompuo scored the only goal in the 52nd minute as the Hunters pipped Hearts of Oak by a goal to nil at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park on Wednesday.
In his post match comments, Tompuo launched a scathing attack at Hearts of Oak's rather underwhelming game plan.
''Their plan was to hit long balls at every opportunity. Conversely, we came to possess the ball, be expressive and fluid. That is because our midfielders are very comfortable with the ball and can retain possession for long spells.''

Tompuo, who has the distinction of scoring against both Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park in separate wins, also highlighted the teams winning mentality.
''Hearts of Oak is a big team and and everyone watches you when you face them, and it comes with expectations too. Already, every member of the team was determined to win the match and once we get into that mood at home, we always win.''
Bechem United are the best performing team in the league with nine wins and two draws. The Hunters are unbeaten at home and have amassed 29 out of their 36 points from their home games.
Wednesday's win takes them 4th place on the league table, just four behind leaders Bibiani Gold Stars.
