Bibiani Gold Stars have officially announced the signing of midfielder Emmanuel Kontor on a three-year contract.
The 24-year-old joins from Nations FC after a loan spell with Young Apostles during the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
The club expressed its excitement about the new addition, stating that Kontor brings "drive, passion, and real strength" to their midfield setup as they prepare for the new campaign.
“Welcome to the family, Emmanuel. Here’s to the next three years,” the club posted on its social media platforms.
Emmanuel becomes Gold Stars' second addition following the capture of Barimah Baah.
The forward joined from Premier League side Nations FC having previously featured for Sefwi All Stars.
The signings forms part of Bibiani Gold Stars’ broader plan to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Premier League champions will also participate in next season’s CAF Champions League.
