Karela United will be seeking back-to-back wins in the Ghana Premier League when they travel to the Hohoe Stadium on Sunday afternoon to face newly promoted Hohoe United on matchday four.
Karela have enjoyed a strong start to the season, winning two home games against Medeama SC and Aduana Stars, while also picking up a valuable away point against FC Samartex 1996.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, head coach Nurudeen acknowledged the difficulty of away fixtures in the league but stressed that his side must remain focused and give their best to secure another positive result.
Meanwhile, Hohoe United remain winless after three games. They managed to hold Hearts of Oak to a draw on opening day, followed by another stalemate against Young Apostles, but their defeat to Vision FC has left them sitting 15th on the table.
Their struggles in creating and converting chances remain a major concern as they look to find their first victory of the campaign.
Karela United will aim to capitalise on their momentum, while Hohoe United hope to break their winless run.
Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. local time.
