Asante Kotoko will face Aduana Football Club in the round of 16 of the 2025/26 MTN FA Cup following the draw on Tuesday, January 27.
The two teams will face off in one of the few all Premier League encounters in the last 16 stage of the cup competition.
The Porcupine Warriors and the Ogya lads met earlier this season in the Ghana Premier League, playing out a 1-1 draw at the Baba Yara Stadium.
In other games, top-flight side Dreams Football Club will face lower-tier side Inter Allies.
Eleven Wonders will go head-to-head with Attram de Visser, while True Life will also battle with Heart of Lions.
Techiman Liberty Youth and Real Tamale United will also square off in another exciting fixture with Berekum Chelsea coming up against Tamale City.
GPL league leaders Medeama Sporting Club will host FC Samartex while Nations FC face Swedru All Blacks.
Kotoko are the defending champions of the competition.
The games will be played between February 6 and February 9.
