The Minority has criticised the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta for asking Ghanaians to support the Bank of Ghana (BoG) in building a "befitting head office."
According to the NDC Members of Parliament, Ghanaians are suffering from the incompetence and mismanagement of the Minister and the Central Bank Governor, Dr Ernest Addison.
It is for this reason that the legislators claim they cannot support such an "irresponsible project."
The Minority has advised the Minister to demand an independent audit into the expenditures of the new head office building.
