Offering words of comfort, the NPP added: “We extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. No words can truly capture the anguish of this moment. We pray that the Almighty God grants them comfort and strength during this excruciatingly difficult period.”
The statement also called for urgent action to determine the cause of the crash, demanding accountability and transparency.
“We call for a thorough, transparent, and swift investigation into the cause of the crash. The dignity of the lives lost demands answers and accountability to ensure that such a tragedy never happens again.”
In a message of national unity, the party urged Ghanaians to stand together in this time of mourning.
