The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Bole-Bamboi constituency, Raphael Abolosom Kumah, as part of his quest to contribute to the peace and safety of residents, has distributed eighty boxes containing 140 pieces of streetlights to constituents and institutions in the Bole-Bamboi Constituency of the Savannah Region.
The gesture, according to the Parliamentary Candidate, forms part of his agenda to keep constituents saved before, during, and after the December 7th polls.

"To me, safety comes first before voting and so, the streetlights will go a long to enhance lightning and safety of the residents ahead of the election. For me, voters must stay healthy and safe to be enable to cast their votes in December".
He said being voted for by the residents is good but the ultimate is for them to first be sure that their security and safety are guaranteed", Mr Kumah insisted.

As part of the package, the NPP PC also mounted all 140 streetlights on existing electricity polls for the various recipients.
The beneficiaries include Bole Mission Hospital, Bole Nurses Training College, RTF, and Bole police station.
The rest are Yelwa area and Bole Youth among others.
