The 2022 edition of the Popchain All Stars Charity Concert which took place at the +233 Jazz Bar and Grill in Accra witnessed spectacular performances by both new and old generation music acts.
The night which was highly entertaining featured the Wesley Girls Senior High School Band, Adisadel Senior High School Band and The Martin Luther King Band.
The night also featured Bessa Simon's Band and the Zoom Band, both of who dished out quintessential oldies.
The concert was organised by Joynews in partnership with Accra Rotary club and +233 Jazz to raise funds to support breast cancer awareness and screening. The event attracted hundreds of music lovers from all walks of life.
Achimota and Holy Child old school bands also performed.
Guest artistes Paulina Oduro and Lamisi gave some sterling renditions of some great ‘old school’ classics such as ‘Mr Big Stuff’ and ‘I Will Survive’.#
