Supporting and embracing the joyful and sorrowful moments of the Black Stars is to show patriotism.
Solomon Bennett Memorial School in Sunyani Municipality of the Bono Region has made it an annual event for the learners to dress to depict every national occasion in a way of impacting patriotism in the learners.
In an exclusive interview with Joy Learning Channel, Mrs. Grace Bennett, who is the CEO of the school indicated that her learners will always put on Black Stars jerseys to school to show support for the team when they have a match.

She added that in a country where there is a lack of patriotism by citizens, the country loses its focus and spirit of development. Thus, in order to grow the spirit of patriotism in citizens, the best level of people to start with is the younger generation.

The Black Stars lost by three goals to two against Portugal on Thursday in their opening game at the 2022 World Cup.
