Ghana Premier League champions Medeama Sporting Club sealed a place in the next round of qualifiers for the 2023/24 CAF Champions League following their win over Remo Stars.
Medeama, having lost 1-0 in the first meeting between the two sides last win at the Cape Coast Stadium, also suffered a 1-0 loss away from home.
