Medeama bounced back to winning ways in the Ghana Premier League over the weekend following their win over Young Apostles at the TNA Stadium.
Kamaradini Mamudu was twice on the scoresheet for the Mauve and Yellow lads who recorded a 3-0 home win to end a two-game losing run.
Medeama had suffered defeats to Heart of Lions and Bibiani GoldStars prior to Saturday's fixture in Tarkwa, hosting Young Apostles on matchday 29.
The right-back opened the scoring after 17 minutes played with a sublime first pole finish after a daunting run on the right flank.
He went on to double the lead moments later with a follow up after goalkeeping spillage and put his side in the clear for all three points.
With just a minute away from the first-half break, Young Apostles conceded again.
Mamudu set up the third with a great cross which was headed in by skipper Fatawu Sulemana to make it 3-0.
The result saw Medeama pick up their 13th win of the league season after 29 games, amassing 44 points in the process.
They will now turn their attention to the next game against Vision FC while Young Apostles will prepare for the game against Basake Holy Stars.
