Swedru All Blacks will be hoping to reignite their Premier League campaign when they face defending champions Bibiani GoldStars at the Swedru Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
Confidence remains high in the All Blacks’ camp despite last weekend’s 2-1 defeat to Aduana FC, which denied them back-to-back victories.
The Swedru-based side last recorded consecutive league wins in the 2008/09 season when they beat Hearts of Oak 3-1 and King Faisal 1-0.
Under Ahmed Ibrahim Fathi, the newly promoted outfit have found the net in all three league outings this season but remain vulnerable defensively, conceding five goals.
However, their recent home form has been impressive — they have won their last three matches at the Swedru Sports Stadium without conceding, including a convincing 3-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea on Matchday 2.
Gold Stars, meanwhile, return from a humbling 7-0 aggregate defeat to Algeria’s JS Kabylie in the CAF Champions League.
The champions are now refocusing on defending their domestic title after opening the league season with a 2-1 win over Bechem United.
Bibiani GoldStars were among the best away performers last term and will aim to extend their strong record on the road.
With both teams eager to prove a point, Saturday’s encounter in Swedru promises a fiercely competitive and entertaining contest.
