A seasoned security and intelligence professional, Michael Kwamena Badu, has been enstooled as Nii Badu Nablah Ahinsah II, Jaasetse of the Kpone Traditional Area, in a ceremony marked by rich cultural traditions and strong community participation.
The event, held on Tuesday, March 31 in Kpone Traditional Area, drew traditional authorities, family members, residents, and invited guests.
Representatives from Akwamu were also present, reaffirming the historical links between the two traditional jurisdictions.
Before his enstoolment, Mr Badu served as a security coordinator at Ghana EXIM Bank and built a career spanning roles such as operations manager, head of security, HSE lead, private investigator, and close protection officer.
His expertise covers intelligence gathering, risk assessment, surveillance systems, and crisis management.
In his acceptance address, Nii Badu Nablah Ahinsah II called for unity among residents, urging them to support development initiatives within the area.
He stressed that peace, cooperation, and shared responsibility are essential for sustained growth and progress.
He further indicated that his leadership would be anchored on discipline, integrity, and structured systems to enhance stability and development.
Elders and dignitaries at the ceremony expressed confidence in his capacity to lead, pledging their support as he begins his reign.
