This, according to sources will be done by some seven printing houses located in Accra.
Ahead of the exercise, the regulatory body has written to the parties contesting in the election to delegate one representative each to observe the printing of the materials at each of the seven printing houses.
Among other directives issued by the EC, each party is also expected to send details of their representatives to them by November 26, for the necessary accreditation.
On Monday the EC Chair Jean Mensa announced that 12 out of the 17 presidential aspirants were passed to contest in the December 7, polls.
Five others were disqualified with their filing fees of ¢100,000 to be returned to them.
While the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) will take the number one position on the ballot sheet, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) follows closely at number two on the notice of polls.
