Nations FC will look to get back to the top of the Ghana Premier League when they come up against Young Apostles on Sunday, February 2.
Nations FC and Young Apostles play each other on matchday 19 of the top flight with a lot at stake for the two teams as far as the league is concerned.
The Kumasi-based side slipped to fifth on the league table following their loss to Bechem United in the final game of the first round of the season. It was the fourth defeat Kasim Mingle's side had suffered all season.
The loss also ended a run of four games without defeat in the Premier League. However, they are looking to hit another good run starting with the game against Young Apostles.
Apostles, unlike Nations FC, won their last encounter in the league which pushed them to 11th position on the log after 18 games.
The newly promoted side are yet to lose any of their last three games with two wins and one draw to their record in the said period.
The last meeting between the two sides earlier in the season saw a barren game with Young Apostkes holding Nations to a goalless draw.
Nations FC have lost just one game at home this season, coming against Berekum Chelsea.
Depending on results in other games, Nations could move to the top of the league with a win against Young Apostles while the latter could rise to ninth with a win.
