Musician Gyakie has released the remix to her chart-topping song ‘Forever’ off her SEED EP.
The remix of the EP's lead song features Nigeria’s breakthrough artiste Omah Lay.
However, some fans were disappointed Gyakie’s verse on the song did not differ in the least from the original.
Speaking in an interview on JoyNews, she said that ‘Forever’ has become an anthem after it’s popularity, as such she did not want the remix to seem different from what people know.
She added that Omah Lay brings a different vibe and verse to the song.
Gyakie said she is hoping to release more works with Omah Lay and other singers who are ready to work with her.
The singer is on a media tour in Nigeria.
