Dr Boamah, who stood in for President John Dramani Mahama as the Reviewing Officer during a grand parade of 20,000 cadet members from across all 16 regions, praised the Corps for exemplifying patriotism and service.
“We’re proud of our Cadet Corps and the values they uphold. The government is committed to providing opportunities for youth development and empowerment,” he wrote.
