The Accra Metropolitan Environmental Health officers on Wednesday sacked squatters at the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange in Accra after making them clean the place.
The operation, which started at the O&A Transport terminal, ended at the western end of the interchange with squatters, who have generated refuse being forced to sweep the place.
One of them who engaged in a scuffle with the health inspectors was whisked away by the AMA security guards.
