Several Members of Parliament (MPs) and key figures from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have arrived in Accra in anticipation of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's address to Ghanaians.
The arrival of dignitaries includes notable figures such as the First Lady Rebecca Naa Okaikor Akufo-Addo, wife of Vice President Samira Bawumia, former Speaker of Parliament Professor Mike Aaron Oquaye, Energy Minister Mathew Opoku Prempeh and Deputy Majority Leader, Afenyo Markins.
Former President John Agyekum Kufuor, NPP Chairman Stephen Ayesu Ntim, Mike Oquaye Jnr, the newly-elected NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Dome-Kwabenya, Dr. Yaw Baah, Secretary General of TUC, and the ECG Boss, Dubik Mahama among others have also joined the gathering.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Kofi Ohene Konadu auditorium at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
In this address, the NPP's flagbearer for the 2024 general elections will outline his vision for Ghana and present key points for his political campaign.
