Four people have reportedly been shot dead in a suspected chieftaincy dispute at Enchi in the Aowin Municipality of the Western Region.
This happened in the early hours of Sunday, November 6.

It occurred after an unidentified group of people believed to be residents of the community attempted to attack the paramount chief of the Aowin Traditional Council, Beyeeman Tano Kwao Benbuin II.

The bodies of the deceased were earlier seen lying on the street.

The police have since carried the bodies to the morgue.
