The management of Hearts of Oak has assured all stakeholders they are working to turn around the club's recent results in the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians, after a brilliant start to the second half of the season, have been on a poor run lately with five defeats in their last six games.
Hearts currently occupy the 12th position on the league table after 28 games played and with just six games until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Aboubakar Ouattara's men are just four points above the relegation zone and 17 points behind league leaders FC Samartex.
The recent performances have left fans worried with the club's board keen to address their concerns.
"The board would like to address the recent poor results of the team, which we find unacceptable. Please be assured that we are actively engaged in discussions with Management and the technical team to address this concern promptly," a statement released by the club said.
"The board will ensure the club takes all the necessary measures to reverse this trend and regain our competitive edge.
"Accra Hearts of Oak has a long history of resilience and success, and we are committed to upholding the rich heritage of our club. We value the support and dedication of all our supporters and stakeholders, and assure you that every effort is being made to overcome this challenge.
"Your continued support is invaluable to us as we work towards a brighter future for Accra Hearts of Oak. Together, we will navigate through this period and emerge stronger than ever before.
"Thank you for your understanding and unwavering commitment to our beloved club."
Hearts face Berekum Chelsea in their next league game hoping to bounce back to winning ways after defeats to Legon Cities and Accra Lions.
