President of Young Apostles, Sammy Anim Addo, says his side's promotion to the Ghana Premier League is the benefit of the efforts put in the team.
Young Apostles became the latest team to secure promotion to the top flight next season after beating Techoman Heroes on penalties on Tuesday.
The Wenchi-based side won 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes of action in the Division One League Zone 1 playoff at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Quizzed on the outcome of the game, Anim Addo said: "I am very proud. It's the result of hard work, the reward for dedication, the reward for commitment and our consistent strategy."

"We've been consistent. Our strategy has worked perfectly and we built the team from scratch and with youthful players. This is the result."
Young Apostles now join Vision FC and Basake Holy Stars as the three teams from Division One that will be playing in Ghana's top flight in the 2024/25 season.
