Young Apostles will be playing for all three points when they travel to Samreboi to take on FC Samartex on Sunday, November 17.
The two teams come up against each other on matchday 11 of the Ghana Premier League with Samartex hoping to move further up the league table.
The Timber Giants' 1-0 victory over Legon Cities last weekend saw them move into the fourth position on the table after 10 games.
The defending league champions are yet to lose any of their last three league games, wining two and drawing the other.
Young Apostles, on the other hand, have enjoyed a shay form in their last three matches as they have managed just one win.
The newly-promoted side sit 14th on the table with just 10 points from their first 10 games in the top flight.
The Wenchi-based side have picked up just two wins in the league and there is optimism a third could be achieved this weekend.
Apostles have parted ways with head coach Joseph Asare Bediako with many predicting a new manager bounce within the squad.
A win for Young Apostles will see them as high as 10th on the league table depending on results from other games while Samartex will close in on Bibiani GoldStars and Nations FC with a win.
The game at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena kicks off at 3:00 GMT.
