Former Great Olympics coach Annor Walker has died at his residence in Accra at the age of 65.
He had been battling an undisclosed illness before his passing.
At the time of his death, Walker was serving as a technical advisor for Vision FC in the Ghana Premier League.
His coaching career spanned several clubs, including Great Olympics, Nania FC, Kpando Hearts of Lions, Berekum Chelsea, and FC Samartex.
With Nania FC, he guided the team to their historic 2011 MTN FA Cup win over Asante Kotoko.
Walker also managed the Black Galaxies, leading them to the 2023 African Nations Championship in Algeria.
